Staff Nurse

• Provide basic nursing care to patients according to hospital standards.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to doctors or senior nurses.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure proper infection prevention and control practices.
• Educate patients and their families on basic healthcare and recovery plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the assigned ward or department.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing, PCL Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Nursing Council registration (or eligibility for registration).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
